Diverting and Sorting Conveyor

A group of plastic modular conveyor belts designed to insert rollers on surface with different rotation angles: 0, 30, 45, 60, 90 degrees or any combination of these angles to each other to suit specific application requirements. Rollers on the conveyor surface can be plain or rubber rollers to increase friction for the required level of active transmission

Some typical applications

• Sorting conveyor (Intralox sorting system)

Products are sorted based on color, weight, barcode,… Sorting Systems can effectively handle many products in a small range and can sort most products from lightweight (letters, parcels, books, …) to heavy products (boxes, crates, tires,…)

• Diverting / laning conveyor (Intralox ARB Switches)

Solution to divert/lane products from single or multiple in-feed lines to out-feed lines. Products can be moved to left or right depending on design and operation requirements.

• Pallet Layer Forming Conveyor (Intralox ARB palletizing infeed Sytem)

Turning products without touch and dividing them into lanes to form many pallet layers. In high speed, 225 products/min can be stacked (equivalent to 10 pallet layers/min). In slow speed, in a small area can be combine with robot operation, 25-50 products/min can be stacked (equivalent to 5-6 pallet layers/min)
