Cable Disc Conveyor Floveyors can efficiently transport a variety of materials by generating thrust through the pneumatic system

The operating principle of Floveyors cable conveyor involves a cable made of steel thread attached to evenly spaced polymer discs circulating through a tube at a high speed. This motion displaces air, creating a circulating air stream.

Controlled material input through the hopper is entrained by centrifugal force and aerodynamics within the air stream, suspended between the moving polymer discs.

The material is then pushed towards the output of the Floveyors cable conveyor system and directed into the storage tank
