The Yarn Roll Overwrapping Machine is made to solve the following issues of manual works:

Need at least 2 workers: one to input the roll into the plastic bag and another to tie, close and seal the bag then transfer the wrapped roll to next stage.
The stage is depended on working labor status, during the rush season production may be stuck at this stage due to lack of worker. Accordingly, it take more space for storing the un-finished goods, could not keep up the production plan as well as the un-wrapped yarn rolls could be faced to risk of product defect by dust or magnetization.
